We’ve refreshed the Settings → Teams area to make it easier to understand and manage your team configuration.

What’s new

• Clearer navigation and grouping

  • Team settings are now reorganized into logical groups instead of mixed tabs:

      • Onboarding Templates

      • Offboarding Templates

      • Employee Checklist Templates

    • Shadow IT

      • PII Tracking

• Modernized UI with Lucide icons

  • All sidebar items in Settings → Teams now use Lucide icons via the Shadcn sidebar components, giving you a more consistent and modern look across the app.

• Improved clarity with microcopy

  • Each section now includes short, focused descriptions to explain:

    • What the feature does

    • When you should use it

    • How it impacts your team

  • This especially helps for previously less-clear areas like Onboarding Templates, Shadow IT controls, and Temporary Admin Access.

No changes were made to the underlying functionality of Teams settings—this is a UX/UI revamp only aimed at making existing features easier to find and understand.
