We are excited to announce a new update to our Android enrollment process, designed to provide more flexibility for diverse hardware environments.

What’s New?

• Manual Enrollment Tokens: You can now generate a manual enrollment code alongside the standard QR code. This is specifically designed for devices that lack a camera or have difficulty scanning QR codes.

• Revamped Enrollment UI: The "Download App" and "Device Enrollment" pages have been updated with a cleaner, more intuitive design using our new UI framework.

• Camera-less Device Support: Confirmed support for full enrollment flows on devices without cameras, ensuring no device is left unmanaged.

How to Enroll Manually

If your device cannot scan a QR code, follow these steps:

1. Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure the device is on a stable network.

2. Enter Setup Code: On the Google sign-in screen, enter afw#setup in the email field.

3. Download Swif: The device will automatically download the necessary enrollment application.

4. Generate Code: In the Swif web app, click the new Generate Enrollment Code button.

5. Complete Setup: Enter the manual token displayed in the web app into your Android device to finish the enrollment.
