What’s new for FREE users

• Premium-only features now clearly labeled in the sidebar
  In the left navigation, FREE users will now see a “Premium” tag next to:

  • Device Management → Commands

  • Device Management → Geofences

  • Device Management → AI Security Report

  • Compliance center → Compliance Marketplace

• Upgrade prompts when accessing Premium features
  When a FREE organization tries to open any of the Premium-only pages above, Swif will now:

  • Block access to the feature, and

  • Show an “Upgrade Plan” popup explaining that this is a Premium feature

  • Include a “Schedule a Demo” button so you can quickly talk to our team about upgrading

  The upgrade popup appears every time a restricted feature is accessed, so admins always have clear feedback on why the feature isn’t available on the FREE plan.

• For other features, a cap limit is enforced on FREE plan users. For example, only 1 policy is allowed per organization for a FREE plan organization.

Premium trial behavior

• Full access during trial
  Organizations on a Premium trial keep full access to:

  • Commands

  • Geofences

  • AI Security Report

  • Compliance Marketplace

  No “Premium” lock or upgrade popup is shown while the trial is active.

• Immediate enforcement after trial ends
  As soon as a Premium trial expires, the system:

  • Automatically revokes access to these Premium-only features for the organization

  • Starts showing the Premium tag in the navigation to FREE users

  • Shows the Upgrade Plan popup whenever users attempt to access restricted features

These changes make the FREE plan limits more transparent, while giving admins a clear path—via Schedule a Demo—to explore upgrading when they’re ready for advanced device management, AI reporting, and compliance capabilities.
