Install app from mac app store in free version

Hey, how do I install an app like “Horo” from the mac app store when I’m on the free plan? can only see the “Device Management → Applications” tab, which is under the paid version. In the MDM the app store doesn’t allow for downloads. What’s the best way to go about this?
